The mother tree of these Micro Crabapple (Malus spp.) seedlings features extremely small bright red fruit, 1/4 to 3/8 inch diameter. The fruit hangs on the tree throughout the winter, providing some winter color, which gets quickly devoured when the birds return in the spring.
Everything about these seedlings is small. The seeds and the leaves are smaller, and they grow at about 25% the rate our other seedling apples. Good for bonsai or dwarfing rootstock.
These Micro Crabapple bare-root seedlings are 6 to 12 inches tall.
