Refund policy

In the nursery trade, it seems like Stark Bros has the most well-regarded return policy. So we decided to copy their 110% guarantee.

If any of the plants you ordered don't leaf out, we'll replace them for free, and if we don't have the same variety in stock, we'll issue you a 110% credit that can be used on any of our plants in stock. If you just want a refund for the plants that didn't leaf out, we can refund the purchase price of individual items, which will show up on your bank account in 2 to 3 days. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our goal is to get you good healthy plants, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us at mountaintimefarm@gmail.com if the plants you received didn't make it!
