These seedlings are grown from the nuts of Jefferson European Hazelnut (Corylus avellana). Jeffersons have resistance to filbert blight, and they produce reliable crops of large nuts. They also have a long bloom time in the spring, which makes them a good pollinator for other hazelnut varieties.
These are 1 to 2 foot tall bare root seedlings.
